So..... after a thrilling Champions League Final the worst kept secret in football (the departure of Avram Grant) finally came to light. How do you think will be the next Chelsea Manager and why

Some people already in the frame:

Deschamps - Former Chelsea Hero who brought Juve back t Serie A and lead monaco to a Champions League Final

Hiddink - Already being paid by Abramovich through the Russian Federation and has a remarkable CV.

Rijkard - Leaving Barcelona after a largely successful tenure.

An outside bet - Mark Hughes - proved to be a very clever manager at both Blackburn and his time as national boss of Wales. chelsea fans in the majority still like him from his playing days at Stamford Bridge.

 Who do you think next and what are your thoughts on the whole situation at Chelsea?
